Construction of the Schurman Retail Center of Cold Spring, MN has been completed. This project consists of a two story office / retail center of approximately 5,000 sq feet on each floor. Two substandard rental homes on Red River Ave across from the fire station / city offices have been removed to make room for this structure and the required parking. This building has been designed to comply with all of the standards as required by Cold Spring city ordinance and the comprehensive plan and will be an attractive addition to downtown Cold Spring.
