To serve the needs of many of our clients and projects more efficiently, Alpha has recently created a real estate sales division. Alpha Real Estate Associates, Inc. is available to market residential and commercial properties, both within our developments and in general. Norb Kalthoff brings many years of real estate experience to Alpha Real Estate Associates as broker and will be responsible for all residential properties. Reggie Fraley and Jim Webb offer a large network of banking and development contacts as well as extensive experience in these areas that arms them with an incredible advantage in the commercial real estate market.
