The development process can be a dividing, energy draining, frustrating time for a growing church congregation or it can be an exciting, energizing, and unifying time that springboards the congregation into a whole new dimension. Thirdly, we see a great need within the healthcare industry.

 

The state and federal governments have projected an alarming shortage of senior housing in the next 10 years. Because of this concern, the state of Minnesota makes funds available each year in the form of grants as incentive to those that might consider the development of a senior facility. Alpha Development has had tremendous success in writing grants for our clients to assist in the development of these facilities.
