This project came in on schedule and on budget with significant tax benefits and union concessions.

Suzlon Wind Energy
Pipestone, MN

This project was planned, managed, and brought to completion in 2006 through the guidance of the founder of Alpha Development while employed by a design build firm. The complexity and size of this project make it worthy of note. Suzlon is a manufacturer of windmills for the creation of wind energy. This 18 million dollar, 230,000 square foot complex in Pipestone is now producing windmill rotors ( 140 foot long and weighing 7 tons) for the large wind farms of south-western Minnesota and throughout the United States.

Buffalo Lake Healthcare Center
Buffalo Lake, MN

We have completed two assisted living projects for Buffalo Lake Healthcare Center located in Buffalo Lake, MN. We applied, on behalf of our client, to the state of Minnesota for senior housing grants for both projects. We were successful in both applications, making these projects financially beneficial for our client and for the city of Buffalo Lake. Both of these projects were additions to an existing nursing home facility. The first addition, completed in 2007, added approximately 3000 square feet consisting of 5 resident units and a dining hall. The second, completed in 2008, added approximately 7100 square feet consisting of an additional 9 units and a second dining hall.
